How did we get here?
 

Megan Gillam's story is one of resilience, innovation, and an unyielding commitment to excellence. With nearly two decades of administrative experience, including a decade working with the C-Suite, Megan's journey has been marked by a series of calculated risks and a relentless pursuit of her vision.

In the fall of 2023, Megan purchased CVA (Canada's Virtual Assistant). The acquisition came with That Virtual Life (TVL), which was deeply integrated into CVA. Megan, however, saw the untapped potential in TVL and was determined to let it shine on its own. Her vision was to support everyone in creating the life of their dreams through TVL.

Megan is no stranger to entrepreneurship, but she hadn't yet encountered a business that clicked the way CVA did. From the moment she took over, she felt a profound sense of purpose and direction. CVA gave her the immediate feeling of, "This is what I am doing for the next five years, and then this, and then....." It just felt right.

With 20 years of experience and a passion for sharing knowledge and watching others grow, TVL was the perfect fit. It became Megan's passion project as she focused on its relaunch, vision, mission, and strategy to make it all happen.

Even facing some of her own fears, such as being uncomfortable in front of a camera despite being able to talk to a room full of people, Megan knew that the biggest growth comes from places of discomfort. She embraced this challenge because she believed that the status quo never wins.

Megan loves a good challenge. Her drive to tackle the unknown and overcome obstacles has been a cornerstone of her success. She encourages everyone to push their limits and step out of their comfort zones.

Megan also wants to make sure everyone knows that if they aren't sure if CVA or TVL can handle a specific need, they should reach out to her personally. Her commitment to client satisfaction and personalized service sets her apart in the industry.

Under her leadership, Megan endeavors for TVL to be known for its top-tier virtual support and comprehensive educational programs.
